I like to incorporate a little Astrology and Numerology in life consulting. This can give people insight into their behavior or that of their friend's or family. It can be very helpful in breaking patterns that may be disrupting their lives.

An example of Numerology would be the number 2. People with the 2 energy almost alway's feel responsible for others and have a hard time saying no. They have a tendency to take on too much responsibility and become overwhelmed. Once overwhelmed they may react in outbursts of anger. 2's need to learn the difference between support and servitude and when to say yes and how to say no.
